A Portrait of Gratitude
by Carole Telman
In Leviticus Chapter 7, the Great Artist of Eternity, God himself, painted for us a
description of the balanced, well-rounded life of a Believer.  The basis for this
masterpiece was a heart of gratitude for all God is and all He does for us.

This study came out of a word study I was doing on "thanksgiving", "gratitude",
and "joy".  I did not expect to find such an incredible gem tucked away in the
patterns of the Old Testament Sacrificial System.

Each element used in The Fellowship Thank Offering is absolutely saturated with
meaning as you follow the symbolism throughout scripture.  The time I spent
following these threads was a rich time of encouragement and focus for me.  I hope
it will be for you as well.

Before going on to read the E-book, please read the following as an introduction:

THE FELLOWSHIP THANK OFFERING

"These are the regulations for the fellowship offering a person may present to he
Lord:  If he offers it as an expression of thankfulness, then along with this thank
offering he is to offer cakes of bread made without yeast and mixed with oil, wafers
made without yeast and spread with oil, and cakes of fine flour well-kneaded and
mixed with oil."
(Leviticus 7:11,12)
